  • Diploma program for graduates of Culinary Arts, and Food and Beverage Operations certificates

Interested in a dynamic, exciting career in hospitality management? The Restaurant Operations program prepares you to work in the hospitality industry, particularly in management positions.

This diploma requires that you first complete both the Culinary Arts and the Food and Beverage Operations certificates (in any order). Following these programs, you’ll take on a Capstone project, where you research, plan, and carry out an event that incorporates all aspects of food and beverage operations.

This culminating project allows you to prove you can succeed in a dynamic industry, and the diploma enhances your opportunities to advance your career in the global cooking and hospitality industry.
